Ещё не разобрался, вставил аккумулятор лампочки загорелись и погасил. В инструкции прочитал что так и должно. Просто аккумулятор заряжен. Мультиметром проверил заряд идёт. Короче работает. Буду тестировать дальше. Рекомендую.

Посылка долго шла до Москвы. 1.5 месяца. Как товар, не знаю. Вставил аккумуляторы, помигали диоды 2 мин. и загорелись типа зарядились. Хотя аккумы были дохлые. Буду разбиратся, что к чему.
